Elle se d\u00e9coupe en 4 grandes \u00e9tapes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l&rsquo;anamn\u00e8se ( interrogatoire)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les tests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le traitement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s s\u00e9ance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;anamn\u00e8se&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;interrogatoire consiste en une s\u00e9rie de questions qui permettront de pr\u00e9ciser votre&nbsp;motif de consultation&nbsp;(origine, \u00e9volution, facteurs aggravants, signes de gravit\u00e9&#8230;). Ensuite je m&rsquo;int\u00e9resserai \u00e0 votre historique m\u00e9dical et \u00e0 votre sant\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re plus globale dans le but d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir un lien entre votre histoire et celle de la douleur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les tests&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;examen clinique est compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;une phase&nbsp;d&rsquo;observation&nbsp;afin de v\u00e9rifier votre posture, des&nbsp;tests m\u00e9dicaux&nbsp;pour \u00e9liminer des \u00e9ventuelles contre indications et des&nbsp;tests de mobilit\u00e9&nbsp;pour l&rsquo;enti\u00e8ret\u00e9 de votre corps. Le but est d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir un diagnostic ost\u00e9opathique pour mettre un place un plan de traitement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le traitement ost\u00e9opathique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le traitement se compose de&nbsp;manipulations douces&nbsp;adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 votre cas, \u00e0 votre motif de consultation, et \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de celui-ci. Les manipulations ne se font qu&rsquo;avec les mains, et concernent les articulations mais aussi les visc\u00e8res et le cr\u00e2ne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;apr\u00e8s s\u00e9ance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suite \u00e0 la consultation d&rsquo;ost\u00e9opathie votre corps va effectuer un travail d&rsquo;adaptation. Celui-ci peut \u00eatre fatiguant, c&rsquo;est pourquoi il est important de pr\u00e9voir un temps de repos apr\u00e8s une consultation. Les douleurs peuvent mettre 24 \u00e0 48 heures &nbsp;\u00e0 s&rsquo;estomper.
